We spent the next few days in London. The first day, we took the train to the Tower of London. Bryce went there last time we went to England, but I didn't get the chance to. It was really cool. Here we are outside the Tower:
This is the beautiful building situated across the street from the Tower of London. I tried to figure out what the building was, but was unsuccessful. Luckily our tour guide at the Tower let us know what building it is...the Naval Port authority. Who would have guessed?

This was our tour guide at the Tower of London. He is a
Yeoman Warder also known as a Beefeater. He was really entertaining and gave a lot of good information. I really enjoyed the entire experience.
But, this was, of course, my favorite part of the entire trip to the Tower of London. That 530-carat diamond on top of the one of the Royal Scepters. It is the second biggest cut diamond in the world.
The Tower was awesome. I don't even know how long we spent there. After going to the Tower we headed back to my Aunt Kathy's flat (who lives in the Hampstead area of London), ate dinner and then changed to go to the opera. We went to the Royal Opera House and saw Verdi's Don Carlos. We unfortunately missed the beginning of the first act and had to watch it on the screen in the lobby. We got completely lost on our way to the Opera House. It wasn't so bad though. The opera is like 5 or 6 acts, so we were able to see almost all of it live. We weren't able to get any pictures of us at the opera because we were running late, but it was really amazing.
