Master

Yesterday I passed my final oral exam. This was the last thing I needed to do in order to graduate with my Master of Music degree. It is a surreal feeling knowing that I'm done. I have spent the past 20ish years of my life in school and now its over. There's a possibility I may get my Doctor of Musical Arts one day, but for now I can finish teaching (less than 3 weeks left!) and then have this baby boy! I have so much left to do, so it's good to have that big thing off of my plate. I will walk in August, about 2-3 weeks after the babe is born. You can bet I'm not passing up getting to wear that pink tassle and pink shawl-thing. I love whoever decided a music degree would be denoted by pink.
