Wardrobe Wednesday
To get into the spirit of NYC, I was watching Gossip Girl season 2 while cleaning, doing laundry and packing. One of my all-time favorite Blair fashion moments is this gorgeous red silk Catherine Malandrino dress:
That is all I have for today, lovelies... I have to finish packing.

One Week
One week until Bryce and I are in THE CITY of this:
and this (during movie #2's premier weekend):
AND THIS:
(Not quite sure why Vanessa is missing from this picture, but I'm not complaining).
I can't wait to be in NYC for the first time. I may never want to come back after staying 4 nights in Times Square. Oh, no! What should I wear?!?

Wardrobe Wednesday
I finished watching season 2 of Gossip Girl last night with Jessica. I am SO so SO happy that Chuck finally told Blair he loves her, especially after the whole setting up her perfect prom even though Nate went with her thing. (it does make me sad knowing that Monday's episode (season 3) tore them apart... again) Anyway, LOVING the fashion on GG is so easy that it has inspired me to do a weekly post. Many people do their "Thankful Thursdays" or "Special Sundays" or whatever, but I am starting a new one... "Wardrobe Wednesdays". Today is another take on Blair's classic style.
I love the combination of the simple/classic dress and colors with the Chanel-style shoes and the glamourous layered necklace. I know the necklace costs about the same as the shoes and they are each about 3x more expensive than the dress, but they all look SO good together, I couldn't help myself. Enjoy!

Blair's Closet
I want Blair Waldorf's wardrobe. So as I'm watching Gossip Girl, I have been doing a little window shopping online, wishing for some cute outfits. So here is outfit #1, via Nordstrom (a MUCH cheaper version than Blair would wear):
Hope you enjoy!!

GG Quote...
Favorite Gossip Girl quote from my marathon day comes from E when speaking to Lily and Rufus... "I would tell you two to get a room, but yours is right above mine... please remember that." Awesome.
